Now that you know the fundamentals of the confluence, the purpose of this site is to track "confluential activity," or in simpler terms, areas where a concentration of paranormal, supernatural, or parascientific phenomena have been reported.
However it is important to not only track that activity, but to map it as well for further analysis by the Office of Independent Research and Analyses' analytical branch.
